Pattern-Cut PET Acoustic Panels

A cut-through pattern made from the PET panel itself. Openings and shaped edges turn a flat sheet into a repeatable decorative element, while keeping the fabrication separate from the linear groove process.

Specify the thickness. Set the length and width.

PET panels and fabric-wrapped PET panels are available with custom thickness, length and width. Samples and small-batch orders are available. Send your required sizes, finish, quantity and delivery country for a quotation.

Application

Where it belongs.

Consider pattern-cut PET for feature-wall layers, decorative interior panels and project-designed acoustic screens. Review the backing, open area and support locations together: the openings change how much material remains and how the piece can be handled and installed.

Typical spaces

  • Office feature-wall zones
  • Reception and hospitality interiors
  • Project-designed interior screens

Keep the function clear

A cut-through pattern is not a groove texture. Removed material, backing and fixing affect the assembly, so a flat-panel test result must not automatically be used for the patterned product. Screens shown or proposed are not sound-insulating partitions.

Before ordering

  1. Provide a dimensioned pattern file, finished panel size and quantities.
  2. Identify openings, the narrowest remaining strips, joints and fixing points for fabrication review.
  3. Approve a cut sample and confirm the backing, material colour and installation arrangement.

Make the next decision with the right information.

Planning your selection

Can the pattern be customised?

Yes, custom cutting is a catalogue processing option. Supply the geometry and overall size for a manufacturability review; minimum strip widths and fixing details are confirmed with the sample.

Is this the same as the linear PET product film?

No. The existing film shows linear grooved PET processing. It is not evidence that every cut-through pattern has been produced or tested.
