Wall Quadratic Residue Diffusers
A narrow vertical diffuser for wall-mounted acoustic arrays. The quadratic residue range combines wells of different depths in a 310 mm-wide module, with three catalogue heights for coordinating the wall elevation.

Where it belongs.
Plan these modules as a diffusion surface in cinemas, control rooms and listening rooms. Review the proposed positions, array width and listener distance together. Absorptive panels may be specified alongside the diffusers, but they remain separate products with different acoustic functions.
Typical spaces
- Private cinemas and hi-fi rooms
- Recording control rooms
- Music rehearsal and listening spaces
Keep the function clear
The 310 mm PS wall module is not the slim aluminium QRD profile or the square ceiling diffuser. Do not transfer performance data between these ranges. A claimed operating band needs supporting data for the actual module and array.

Diffusion and absorption, specified separately.
A studio may need both treatments. The illustrated narrow woodgrain modules are diffusers; the surrounding flat fabric-faced panels are not the same product. Schedule each treatment by function and position.

Planning your selection
How is this different from the aluminium QRD range?
This range uses 310 mm-wide, 80 mm-deep PS modules. The slim aluminium range uses a different material, profile and wall assembly. They require separate specifications and samples.
How many modules should a room use?
There is no reliable fixed count from room area alone. Share the room geometry, speaker and listener positions, existing treatments and the available wall dimensions for a layout review.
