Wall-Mounted Acoustic Modules

A framed acoustic treatment designed as a coordinated wall system. These wall-mounted modules are distinct from thin fabric-faced boards: a 50 mm frame accommodates the selected internal construction, while the room-facing textile keeps the elevation consistent.

Application

Where it belongs.

Specify the absorbing modules for selected reflection-control zones in cinemas, studios and listening rooms. Match module height and spacing to the wall elevation, then select the acoustic core for the intended task. The same outer format can also house a concealed diffusion configuration; that is a different internal function, not an interchangeable absorber.

Typical spaces

  • Private cinemas and hi-fi rooms
  • Recording and voice studios
  • Meeting rooms and acoustic-art walls

Keep the function clear

Identical fabric faces do not mean identical acoustic performance. A catalogue test for a combined assembly must not be applied to every individual wall module. These products treat sound inside a room; they do not replace a sound-insulating partition.

Application detail

Plan the elevation as a system.

Align the module heights and gaps with the room layout. Absorption and concealed diffusion may share a visual language, but their locations and internal constructions must be scheduled separately.

Project checklist

Before ordering

  1. Mark the wall dimensions, panel positions, sockets and required service access on an elevation.
  2. State whether the project needs an absorption or concealed diffusion configuration; do not order by face colour alone.
  3. Approve the face sample, internal construction and hanging detail together. Any test report must match that assembly.

Make the next decision with the right information.

Content reviewed 19 October 2026 against the current product catalogue. Custom dimensions, samples and small-batch ordering are confirmed for the PET and fabric-wrapped PET ranges. Ask for the product-specific specification and matching test documents. Product details and application concepts are identified in the captions.

Planning your selection

Is this the same product as a fabric-faced acoustic board?

No. This is a framed 50 mm-deep module system with a selected internal construction. The fabric-faced board range is a separate product with different formats and thicknesses.

Can the front carry custom artwork?

Digital Print Acoustic Art is a catalogue face option. Supply the artwork, panel dimensions and joint layout for a print and material sample review before production.
